Do you know that corpse posture (Savasana) is not meant for sleeping? It's a relaxation pose, not a sleeping pose.

I would love to share my experience about Savasana and how you can use the posture to bring back your lost energy.

I would also like to call out to all level yoga practitioners, regardless you are new learner, beginner, intermediate or advance, to contribute by sharing your experience of Savasana as well.
