I saw a quote recently, apologies that I cannot remember the author.
It says love is a verb, an action, its something you do.
Therefore its active and living.
I never really thought about it that way before. I found it empowering however.
In the same way I am learning or exercising, I am loving. It is a process to do daily.
So the question I can ask myself is how can I grow the love in my life even more?
