Writing is Speaking to another consciousness. We come to know who we really are in the present moment. Writing is so powerful that when we write we are able to release worries and fears and memories and heal ourselves. For me, it's been natural medicine.

I usually write early in the morning while I'm having my first cup of coffee. Have you tried journaling?
