Once I’ve read the story about a lady, who moved to a small village somewhere in Turkey. She had a small house on the cliff by the sea. Every morning fresh wind came to her house and brought the orange blossom flavor. Orange trees were blossoming in her garden.
I don’t remember anything else, but I do remember this picture. Oranges, cliffs, sea, and wind.
And I bet she had something like this pie for a dinner.
Ingredients:
- 2 aubergines
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 smoked tofu
- parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- phyllo dough
