Hello there! My name is Marije. I am a professional singer from the Netherlands, living in Germany. Although my main occupation is singing and teaching singing, my other passion is historical and fantasy costumes, handmaking them and photographing them! For that I am known under the name "The Flying Dutch(wo)man".

I live together with my boyfriend and our cat (that looks like a certain German dictator) in Düsseldorf, in an apartment full of books, fabrics, costumes, headdresses, canvasses and all things creative.
Now having lost all of my work as a singer, times are tough. I have found a creative outlet though in my photography and costumes,
