Canna-Sausage Gravy Recipe

Makes 1 Portion

1 oz fresh ground breakfast sausage of choice

1 tsp Cannabutter

1 Tblsp AP Flour

1/4 C Half and Half

1 Biscuit (pre-baked)

Directions:

Brown Sausage in a small saute pan over medium-low heat, allow to cook slowly, and render out the fat.

Add Cannabutter and combine

Add flour and cook for appx. 3 -5 minutes until the raw flour taste is gone

Pour in Half and Half, reduce heat to low, and simmer until desired thickness.

*Bonus Tip* Warm day or older biscuits in a damp paper towel for 30 seconds to bring back softness.

Slice biscuit in half, Place in/on a bowl/plate

Pour Sausage Gravy over and Enjoy.
