Wickgood Fudge

Wickgood Fudge

Nov 17, 2020

This fudge is .....well it reminds me of that song that Elvis song "The Devil in Disguise" although I am pretty sure he wasn't singing about fudge! This is Wickgood...because it is wicked sugar-loaded fudge with very very healthy raw pumpkin seeds and raw sunflower seeds.....so it's Wickgood! Enjoy!

  • 2 cups of brown sugar (there's a good part too)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • pinch of salt (all savour dishes need a bit of sugar & all sweet dishes need a bit of salt)

  • 3/4 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (YES! try it! It's fabulous)

  • 1/2 cup of butter

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (or more if you like seeds)

  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds

BOSSY INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bring to a boil the sugar and milk and vanilla.

  • Boil for 2 1/2 minutes (put on a timer. If boiled longer than that it turns to candy)

  • Take off the heat and add the peanut butter, butter, salt, cayenne (YES! try it!),

  • Ohhhh and the seeds, almost forget, that would be pure Wicked fudge.

  • Stir until all melted and smooth. You have to work fast.

  • Pour into a shallow square dish that has been buttered.

  • Let it set. You can put it in the fridge.

  • The hardest part of this recipe is trying not to eat all of it in 2 days.

    Enjoy!
