The Needles & Anticline Overlooks, Canyonlands, Utah ~ Year 16, Episode 3 of Roxy's Travel

My plan was to leave Moab and go to Comb Ridge, but as usual, I stopped at the turnoff for The Needles Overlook and contemplated the long drive into the overlook. I usually talk myself out of it, but this time I said "what the heck" and decided to go for it. I'm not one to drive anywhere in a hurry unless I have an appointment or am avoiding a hurricane, wildfire, or flood, LOL, so I ended up spending two nights out there. After all these years of travel, I have learned to enjoy the journey just as much as the destination. I am not pressured to be anywhere at all, for any reason right now, not until May of 2021 when I will have to go back to work. Until then, I am as free as the wind. So why hurry?
