Lemongrass is widely used in herb in Asian like Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines. Its because is has the aromatic that make your food become so tasty.
I personally like the Vietnam dish called Lemongrass Chicken, because the lemongrass fragrant mix with sugar, vinegar that give you a delicious taste.
