Dinners
I have a bag of mixed beans with seasonings that I found at a farmers market. Strangely, my kid will eat beans. The packet says to add diced tomatoes and any kind of protein. I find those small ham steaks chop easily for soups. I'll make soup probably Sunday. Side would be salad.
I also found a recipe for an Instant Pot Mexican Casserole. I got some ground turkey, and the peppers, and the brown rice. Not sure how this will go over but I don't really care.
Also have a large pack of Beyond Meat burgers, so we'll probably eat those at some point.
I have a bunch of frozen delicacies if necessary - chicken poppers, potstickers, and frozen flounder fillets. Worst case they always eat pasta.
Lunches
Salads, sandwiches, leftover soup, leftover Mexican Casserole. The boys requested potato chips so I bought those.
Breakfasts
All the normal stuff I already have - oatmeal, cereal, eggs, and the boys asked for English muffins. Every so often we make a smoothie.
Snacks - I had a supply of goldfish and pretzels so I didn't buy any this week.
