My Journey back to Healthy....
First, Ive never been sick hardly a day in my life... so to find myself fighting infection... mrsa..... is quite different for me... I was one pretty scared girl...
Secondly... I made this video to show myself just how many great tools I have to heal myself... so If I don't succeed, I only have myself to blame... Time to evict those negative thoughts... and focus on the positive...
My goal is, in the end, to have enough practical experience with the various tools we are given... the ones I was so generously gifted... to be able to print up a small newsletter.. for those around me.... I am always finding people now, that DO WANT more info... so, to have something solid printed up, to hand out.... Itll help me to find my tribe within my community and neighborhood.... like minded people...
We are coming to the end of the systems... of controlled everything...
Its time we all learned, me included, what it means to really be able to look after ourselves... with the food, the medicines, and the alternative ways at our finger tips... Its the optimum time...

making sure I was not dragging old, into new...
