The last three years have been quite the challenge. Reid Hoffman says building a business is jumping off a cliff and assembling the plane on the way down. Between hiatuses for mental health, learning curves, and global pandemics, everyday can feel like you’re in free fall. And yet, the belief and support I get my community, friends, and (most importantly) my performers who feel seen in a world where we still feel invisible is what keeps you keep building.
