STANDARD TERMS REGARDING MY COMMISSIONS AND WHAT TO EXPECT!
OVERVIEW OF PROCESS
Once I receive payment I will contact you via email within 2 working days and commissions usually take between 10-14 days to complete. I will send you a rough sketch initially for composition approval. You are granted a simple revision with the initial price. Additional revisions are $50 per revision. Once you approve your sketch I will render the entire piece until finished. If I can’t do the commission for any reason (Content, time, other commitments) I will refund you within 5 days via PayPal and let you know via email.
CONTENT
The artist will not draw, or accept a commissions of an extreme explicit nature. The artist will not accept any commissions of a violent nature or extreme fetish nature.
OWNERSHIP AND LEGAL
Lauren Hodges retains ownership in any work product related to this project. This commission is Licensed for personal use ONLY, not commercial use. The artwork may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The artwork may not be resold, relicensed, sub-licensed, rented, leased, or used in advertising. In the occurrence of a client profiting from the artists’ work, they will be held responsible for reimbursing the artist for all profit gained through the resale of the work.
Title and ownership, and ALL RIGHTS now and in the future, of and for the artwork remain exclusively with Lauren Hodges. Attribution is REQUIRED if shared on any social media platform or on the web. The client may re-post their commission under the conditions that they only post the low resolution, watermarked version of the piece, and credit is given linking back to the artist’s gallery.
To avoid confusion, work product is the finished product, as well as drafts, notes, materials, mockups, hardware, designs, inventions, patents, code, and anything else that the Designer works on—that is, conceives, creates, designs, develops, invents, works on, or reduces to practice—as part of this project.
