Curried Rice Salad - A Reliable Holiday Dish

My recipe for curried rice salad is pictured here. I got it from my friend, Sue, who is an excellent cook. Sue includes shrimp and celery salt. I leave those 2 ingredients out. Unless it's rice, my husband won't eat anything that lived in water. I don't like celery.
