We had an amazing surprise this morning - a friend of the choir has donated 68 coffees to our charities because of the Homegrown Harmony project. They have been enjoying all the songs and loved the way we've been fundraising as we go, with each song.
According to their wishes we are donating to St Petrocks, in Exeter and to Shekinah in Plymouth and £100 will go in the kitty for the Dartmoor Search and Rescue, Ashburton, they partially enjoyed the combination of Angel From Montgomery and the Dartmoor charity. They love Dartmoor and are keen outdoor enthusiasts both on water and on land and wanted to help others through the lockdown.
We are enormously grateful to them and to you all, for your donations - all of you have been incredibly generous and supportive throughout this project and made the project such a welcome and necessary aid to our charities. With just one more song to go, we might just break our own targets!
