So I'm sure everyone has heard the latest from the hallowed halls of Capitol Hill where the great rich in their designer masks and liver spots have " generously " decided to toss millions of poor unemployed people facing financial disaster a measly 600.00. All I can say is Wow. I mean just WOW. There are people out here struggling to hold their head above water even as they drown , people facing eviction next month , people paying rent and bills with credit cards they're maxing out , people standing in line to get stale hamburger buns and expired canned goods from their local food pantries. There are people legit stealing food to feed their families. And this is the best the esteemed government of the United States can offer ? 600.00. WOW. I'm beginning to think these old farts are related to Marie Antoinette. I could kinda see Nancy Pelosi and Mitch the Turtle saying " Let them eat bread or cake " easily.
