  6. consult psychologist or psychiatrist for depression mood swings due to the pandemic they will teach you how to maintain your mental stability

  7. Most of all pray more and grow in Maturity with your faith in God and Jesus. Building a heavenly relationship can help you manage depression. Let God lead you and trust him.
