So, i just sent my colleague a digital sticker via email. We were in a meeting and he shared that he just needed some affirmation that he was doing a good job with a new structure in our school. He meant it as a joke, but I sent him one via email and he responded right away that he loved it and that it made his day. I think I will use these to give students affirmations this term. All of us want to know that are doing a good job and that our efforts are noted. Stickers are an easy and nostalgic way to do just that.
