Tyler Lynch is originally from Seattle but came back with his family to take over a traditional Japanese inn in an onsen hot-spring town in the beautiful mountains of Nagano, Japan.
In this talk we discuss the challenges his business has faced during COVID19 by creating collaborative projects, walking tours, cycling tours, Geisha culture tours and even started baking Seattle style cookies to sell.
I was impressed that he made the outdoor Rotenburo hot-spring himself and is so actively involved in projects with local businesses where they collaborate and support each other.
