HELL for a Computer Geek

I'm stuck with a Dell XPS 1330 which really is from 2007!
It is SO SLOW, Core 2 Duo @ 1.6Ghz, no SSD, 4GB RAM.

This Truely Is Hell

Please if you can, help me obtain a second-hand laptop.
