It’s sad to me to cut the dry clouds. I always try to mark the characters that I want to add on the cloud when the clay is soft in order to mark the character shape on the cloud and attach them when the clay is already dried, but sometimes I forget the fact that air dry clay reduces its side around 1 or 2 millimeters, so the mark I make when the clay was soft at the end is smaller.
