Artificial Intelligence (AI) usage for Analytics

Apr 03, 2020

According to Google Analytics, artificial intelligence work covers apps, internet, robotics, computer sciences, automation, massive data, cloud computing, natural language, music, analysis, start-ups, banking, blockchain, translation, business intelligence, economics, and information and communication. It illustrates just how broad the continuum is.

Many of us are confused about the difference between predictive and artificial intelligence. Predictive analytics use data to help you understand future events through historical research. This one uses a number of statistical techniques, including machine learning and predictive modelling, along with current and past statistics to forecast future results. At the JOC, I remember that Bill Cassidy says “Think of AI as a synthetic machine learning. AI will help to better handle freight bills through automating auditing and payment processes to discover billing and compliance issues, which can then cause reimbursement to operators. It also operates through an on-going collection of algae or internet-connected devices, the Internet of Things (IoT), to make data-based decisions until shippers forget something.”

Analytical AI has features consistent with cognitive intelligence, which produces cognitive world representation and incorporates learning from past experience in order to guide future decisions. Human-inspired AI includes elements from cognitive and emotional intelligence, as well as cognitive elements and human emotions that take them into account in decision-making.

Taking Saranya’s research into compilation about Kaplan and Haenlein, artificial intelligence can be described in three different types of AI systems, based on managerial: computational, human-inspired and humanized artificial intelligence.

Let’s consider one of the most critical developments of IBM Watson in the last decade. Watson is a supercomputer that uses advanced artificial intelligence and analytical tools to answer questions. Many still know it as a "Question Answering Machine" winning Jeopardy, but what they do not understand is that it is actually one kind of a form of Alexa, Siri and Cortana's main technology.

In addition to converting 100 years of cloud clients, IBM is also using some innovative "traditional" technologies with the power of Watson. Also, Daneel is a smart assistant based on Watson, an IBM supercomputer that incorporates advanced analytical tools and artificial intelligence. Watson can undertake text mining and complex analytics on huge volumes of unstructured data and offer an expert system far superior to existing data. Also, what if this could streamline your investment in cryptocurrency?

At the moment, IBM Watson, which was developed 8 years ago, is the only complete system for cognitive computing. The program blends artificial intelligence with advanced analytical tools as a "comment reply" framework for optimum performance. Apart from that, only a few are still available, such as Jarvis, Alexa and Google Home, which are capable of learning human actions and behaviour.

Artificial intelligence is not just for massive databases to be studied. This could help excel in making predictions on their basis. In reality, nearly every powerful thing, AI does is based in some way on prediction.

Know what your rivals will do next. Take the example of Crayon that tracks more than 100 types of data from across the internet i.e. what your rivals do next online. It covers everything from the increase in product prices to the actual marketing campaigns they initiate. Crayon's AI gives you insights into these data to help you achieve a competitive edge.

Predict what your audience would like. Helixa lets you construct comprehensive individual personas (what we call as audience personas) based on the interests of the public, demographics and psychographs. It includes data on consumers, social media users and industry influencers. With its advanced AI training on current human behavioural studies and access to population and census data, Helixa is able to do this. Marketing companies have started using Helixa in almost every project, nowadays.

Visuals do speak.

Delving further into my research, I figured out that Visme, a popular infographic creation tool helps to showcase graphics, information or analysis in a unique and engaging manner. People say that it empowers anyone to transform data into wow-striking presentations in minutes, right from their browsers. You can even change your design to match your specific requirement. Thus, tools like Visme are ruling the marketing brandscape by introducing you to its superb platform that has the ability and the power to help you communicate visually.
