So, a few years back, I went to my component supplier and purchased a so called buck-boost converter.
In simple terms, what this is, is that, it is a device that will increase or decrease the output voltage without having the need to change the input voltage.
Unfortunately, when I tried using it, it did not work as secified. I noticed a issue and decided to debug it.
