I also want to include my daily workout routine along with my food consumption. When it comes to what i eat everyday, I WILL BE COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT. I might have a few Oreos before breakfast so don’t judge me. Or do, I really don’t care lol.
And I’ll be posting weekly measurement check-ins to track my progress along with before and after pictures. To be honest, I’m so nervous to post my “Before Pic”!
