All wrapped up, in a cozy, blanketed hug, watching the sun set. The window is cracked open; the fresh air is nice. Not a cloud in the sky. Anxiety is absent today, for which I am grateful. Dogs are barking, children playing. I am calm. Not caught up in future worry or what ifs. I let out a yawn, as I look at the clock and think to myself what a weird day it's been. My heart, beating. Still, I am okay
