SUNDAY

MEAL 1: cinnamon beagle w. Peanut butter spread

MEAL 2: ham & turkey sandwich w/ veggies

MEAL 3: banana w/ activia yogurt

MEAL 4: 1 piece of chicken thigh w. Half a cup of rice and beans

MONDAY

MEAL 1: kind pb breakfast bar

MEAL 2: 2 eggs, avocado, on spring mix salad

MEAL 3: banana

MEAL 4: 1 piece of beef rib, w 1/2 avocado, spring mix salad & 1/2 cup of bell peppers

TUESDAY

MEAL 1: cinnamon beagle w. Peanut butter

MEAL 2: Tofu salad. 2 over medium eggs, 1/2 avocado, 9 baby carrots. 2 tbs. of balsamic vinegar

MEAL 3: orange

MEAL 4: salad w/ 1/2 cup of spaghetti
