What are you allowing to occupy your mind and 🔥 up your energy that will not have any significance a week, month, or year from now? Any chance you can let that go?

Some ideas:

1. You could pray about it and move on.

2. You could do something (a task, create a system, journal, call a friend, etc.) that moves it along so you can move on.

3. You could give it over (delegate) to someone else who can deal with it better than you due to their experiences, resources, relationships, etc.

4. You could ponder the longer term view/placement (macro) of the issue to reframe its true importance and to reconsider your expectations.

5. You could get some help. (Friend, Minister, Counselor, etc).

Pretty much anything except just letting it hang around in your head might make a big difference.
