Hi,
Last week was a scream and it felt ridiculously good to be back as a band again. Hopefully we'll be ok to play together from now on in until some semblance of normality resumes. There are currently 127 cases of Covid on the island but the good news is that the vaccine roll out is around 500 per day and ICU admissions are low (4) so long may that continue. The rumour is that tourism will start to return, albeit a trickle, in middle to late May whilst we're still looking at July at the earliest.
Without doubt your contributions to the stream both in spirit and when you've been able to, financially, have been invaluable to us. Thank you so much and please remember that the most recent Live Lounge is always pinned to the top of our thread so you can catch up whenever you are able to. Marc & I also alternate on Wednesday's for an hour (8pm) which is totally different to Sunday but always well attended and received.
So, tomorrow will hopefully feature two new songs for you, one of which we'll probably open with as it's a tricky one for sure so make sure you're on line early. If you know of anyone who loves live music, especially the 80's, please share the stream and/or tag your friends in the thread.
