Just Thinking Creatively

I usually buy tortillas for tacos or to spread beans, guacamole or for fajitas. But knowing these days that getting out is a though an important desition, well I found a bag easy-to-do tortillas I gave it a try. Ok let start... the size was gourmet (meaning small, because I used my hands not a they special device they usually use). Then trying to made them round was a big deal, even though I made round balls.Next was timing of taking them out of the hot pan... by intuition the golden brown of some areas was my key, of two cups I got 12 or 13 gourmet tortillas Finally I served them and spread black fried beans...They were so good!
Now I make tortillas with some oregano, once or twice a week... still gourmet style. Well there goes one thing I have learned by myself, during quarantine.
P.S. Have you learned something you will never thought of. I bet yes! Something good will help us grow :)
