I wanted to take June by surprise with this amazing weekly theme: Summer Foods! I've created a vejigante, heavily inspired by the street food of my island, one that is highly popular during summer time, although it's always summer in my island. The main plates for this succulent demon include Empanadillas and Pinchos de Carne con Tostadas con Ajo as the main horns. The face has been ornamented with white rice and two Tostones around the eyes. Last but not least, Bacalaítos make for a highly appealing hair-do. Buen Provecho!
