I say..eat that cookie!.Grab that cup of coffee..In MODERATION ofcourse..or else you will find yourself BINGING(over indulging on your favourite foods). We are told to keep away from your favourite foods like cookies, chocolate, pizza, ice cream,chips. These foods are viewed as unhealthy, wrong and inherently fattening. Physiology does not work that way okay... however dont take it out of context by planning your whole days food and including these favourites on your list of clean eating. But can you have that cookie or your favourite thing on the daily in moderation (meaning limiting and enjoying to taste and not over indulging) and still lose fat and reach your goals? YES YOU CAN! Think about it..... If you tell yourself: No sugar ever again...No sweets ever again....Not allowed to eat pizza( pizza by the way is a good source for balancing your body with carbs when not over indulged)....Well guess where all of this NEVER EVER AGAIN will get you, BINGING!(Back to over indulging on your favourites). Now the trick to not over indulge and to control eating only one or two cookies is simple, do not deprive your body from the favourite things you love eating BY SIMPLY EATING IN MODERATION ..this will allow you not to binge..and you might just end up getting into the habit of skipping some days on your favouritesπŸ€—πŸ˜..just because you are not literally punishing yourself.... NOW IF YOU ARE A STRICTLY CLEAN EATER...BIGS UP TO YOU πŸ”₯❀❀ BUT AS FOR THE REST WHO DONT LIKE TO FEEL DEPRIVED OF A FAVOURITE,Β  Β I SAY GO EAT THAT COOKIE! KEEP PLAYING HARD AND REMEMBER..SELF CARE IS IMPORTANT..EAT GOOD... STAY ACTIVE AND PLEASE STAY HYDRATED QUEENS πŸ˜‡πŸ’–πŸ’•Β  Β
