It’s corresponding (sound) Mantra is RAM.
Associated with the pancreas, managing the autonomic nervous system along with the entire digestive and muscular system; they are governed by the solar plexus chakra and are connected with the fire element. The colour yellow is associated with this chakra representing energy and intellect.
Crystals that work well with the solar plexus chakra are; Amber, Tiger’s Eye (this is the crystal I use with my Crystal Chakra Alignment treatments), Citrine, Yellow Topaz and Agate.
Essential oils that work well with this chakra are; Chamomile, Lemon, Thyme and Ylang Ylang. These are only recommendations; please do your own research before trying essential oils.
