Let me start by correcting the title, I've actually implemented Poor Man's templates for Winlink. These are not full blown ICS (Incident Command System) forms like ICS-213. Instead, I've built a quick way to place messages in Pat Winlink's outbox.
I've also added some other features:
CPU temperature reading
Display current GPS position
Fixed a few bugs
