This is Guayama, an Elder Vejigante of old who has seen his fair share of wars. He is Igno's mentor and currently serves as the head of servants in the Fundalismo Monastery. Guayama is also the champion chosen by Juracán, one of Guabancex's knights. This title has imbued him with the power to control and generate winds and lightning.
