Un-Vaxxed Lives Matter

As you may, or may not, have heard, yesterday (9/9/2021) President Joe Biden, in conjunction with the Department of Labor (DOL), has issued a mandatory vaccination policy to every business that employs 100 people or more.

Stating that any business who employs 100 or more people will have to mandate vaccines for ALL employees or the employees MUST submit to weekly Covid-19 testing and continuous negative results, in order for the business to keep operating and for employees to keep their jobs.

This, of course, will affect so many of the working class people. Many of those people are having a difficult time paying their bills, putting food on their table, and clothing their children.

Let me ask this question: Does Joe Biden (POTUS) or any other President have the authority to mandate medical procedures for anyone, much less an entire nation? Does POTUS have the authority to mandate what individual States do in their own jurisdiction especially when it comes to medical procedures?

Well, first we need to look at what is Constitutionally allowed for POTUS which we find in Article II of the US Constitution (https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/articleii). As you read, you will find nothing in there specifically about Executive Orders being a mainstay of POTUS legal handlings. Though many have argued, and is accepted that POTUS is legal in issuing EO by the words used:

“but it does provide an expansive mandate in stating that “The executive power shall be vested in a President…. This is a broad grant of power and is the basis for presidents’ power to invoke executive orders” (https://thelegality.com/articles/executive-orders-power-presidents-pen/)

Later, in the article above, it is noted that the Courts have on few occasions overturned EO enacted by POTUS, of the time, when POTUS was acting outside of his legal grounds.

For instance: “This was not the case in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Company v. Sawyer, where the Supreme Court ruled that the president exceeded those bounds. This case marked the first time that the judiciary completely rejected an executive order.

In April of 1952, on the eve of a national strike planned by steel workers, President Truman signed Executive Order 10340, which directed Secretary of Commerce Sawyer to seize control of certain steel companies and plants to maintain their continued operation. At the time the nation was embroiled in the Korean War. Truman justified E.O. 10340 on the basis of a previously proclaimed national emergency, and argued that he was trying to strengthen U.S. defenses against national security threats. Basically, he claimed he was merely exercising his executive authority to protect the country.

The steel companies in question sought an injunction against the government to prevent the seizure and the U.S. Supreme Court quickly took up the question. The Court struck down the E.O., holding that the president was lawmaking, which is clearly a power reserved to Congress under Article I. The Court rejected Truman’s national security justification, finding that domestic production of equipment and supplies for war was not close enough to the actual conflict.”

Take note of the verbiage used “Truman justified E.O. 10340 on the basis of a previously proclaimed national emergency, and argued that he was trying to strengthen U.S. defenses against national security threats. Basically, he claimed he was merely exercising his executive authority to protect the country.”

Sounds alot like the verbiage used in the country these days, doesn’t it?

Not only do we have medical workers, i.e doctors and nurses, refusing to get vaccinated and some even writing letters to their respective hospitals that they will walk away from their jobs if the employer institutes mandatory vaccination; we even have some States Governors standing up to this power grab by Joe Biden and his globalist handlers.

“Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill earlier this year that banned so-called vaccine passports. The fines will start Sept. 16 if people are asked to show proof of a vaccine. The law does not apply to employers that require vaccination of their staff.”

Also there is Governor McMaster from South Carolina who made scathing remarks toward POTUS Biden and his administration.

“Afterwards, South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster tweeted: "The American Dream has turned into a nightmare under President Biden and the radical Democrats. They have declared war against capitalism, thumbed their noses at the Constitution, and empowered our enemies abroad." "Rest assured, we will fight them to the gates of hell to protect the liberty and livelihood of every South Carolinian."

But what has this “national emergency” done to the overall social climate, or attitude of the people of the United States? How are people treating each other?

Well, it’s not good, I can say that for sure. We have part of the population that is eating up everything politicians and celebrities and the media are pushing, and then you have others who listen, but don’t buy it.

We have those who say that if you don’t trust the scientists and doctors on TV, then you must be a science-denier, conspiracy theorist, to all sorts of other derogatory names.

To those who listen to doctors and scientists who aren’t plastered on the TV who say the opposite of what the TV says.

You have those who are demanding everyone wear a mask and get vaccinated, with some Celebrities even saying “Screw your freedoms!!” (https://nypost.com/2021/08/12/arnold-schwarzenegger-on-anti-maskers-screw-your-freedom/)

Even building on the rhetoric where Howard Stern, and many others have stated that those who haven’t been vaccinated should be denied medical treatment at hospitals and some say from doctors at all.

“"So like, if you have a heart attack or any kind of problem, you can't even get into the E.R.," he mused (Stern). "And I'm really of mind to say, 'Look, if you didn't get vaccinated [and] you got COVID, you don't get into a hospital.' "

One thing is for sure, after the pandemic, last year's summer of riots, the bantering back and forth of Antifa, BLM, Proud Boys and just regular Americans - we have turned the corner into a more volatile and divided nation.

The globalists have done their job, and have done their job well. Turning half the country against the other half and now one half not even caring if the other half lives or dies and will even cheer when the unvaccinated don’t even get medical care.

This has never been more clearly stated than from these lyrics by Tom MacDonald in his song “No Lives Matter”

“What a vicious cycle we can’t break away from
They control the culture, they control the paper
They’re indoctrinating a whole generation
‘Til the patriots start to hate the nation
The music we love make us dumb and addicted
The news that we watch is brainwashing the children
The viruses, riots, and racist conditions
Ain’t problems they’re symptoms of life in the system.

Screaming from the rooftops, beatdown, battered
Turned us on each other, now no lives matter
If we do what the news wants, blood gon’ splatter
Turn us on each other ‘til no lives matter”
