Our daily sessions will now be extended by an hour in honor of me reaching my monthly BMAC goal in September! 🥳
As of today, the weekly schedule moving forward (which is updated regularly here), will be:
Monday - 10:00am EST - 2:30pm EST (TikTok)
Tuesday - 10:00am EST - 2:30pm EST (YouTube)
Wednesday - 9:30am EST - 12:00pm EST (TikTok) I have a standing appointment at 1pm so times are adjusted to reflect that
Thursday - 10:00am EST - 2:30pm EST (YouTube)
Friday - 10:00am EST - 2:30pm EST (TikTok)
