When do new gun laws go into effect in Oklahoma?

After a bill passes both the House and the Senate and is signed into law by the Governor (or at least not vetoed), it will generally go into effect on November 1 of the year it was signed into law.

If a bill has an EMERGENCY PROVISION, then it will be effective as soon as the Governor signs it.
