Welcome to my ByMeACoffee page. It essentially functions as a companion to my Substack blog at www.contemplatingwater.com where I muse about nature photography, angling, outdoors and life in general. It's a way for my readers to support the blog with a small contribution if they choose to. I'm a big believer in the emerging model of Passion Economy where content creators, given the right platforms, can choose to receive support from their readers entirely voluntarily. There's no paywall, no mandatory subscription, no sneaky tricks or gimmicks and I don't have to peddle branded thermos bottles or new magical lens wipes on my IG stories whilst calling myself an influencer. Treat it as a digital open guitar case in front of a street busker.
