I am doing some something different this holiday season. I am going to focus on myself instead of everyone else. That sums up my new moon intention. I have actually kept this promise (so far) by buying things that I want instead of indulging everyone else first. That completes the waxing moon action phase. The new moons of this season had me reflecting on how stress actually lowers iq points. Also, last but not least to complete this ceremony, for the waning moon cycles I have decided to release the idea that it is okay to stretch myself too thin.
