If you use PayPal for your membership fees on Buy Me A Coffee, you will have to change that when your subscription runs out. BMC is no longer partnered with Paypal, so you will have to choose a credit or debit card directly to use for your subscription. :)
For my subscribers, I would like to remind you that you can also pay annually and avoid the pesky monthly charges! (Plus, you get 2 months free this way.) It's completely up to you how you would like to do it, but it can no longer be PayPal.
