Swapping the $1 tier back to $10

All things considered and matched, I will be adjusting the tiers and removing the $1 sub tier and adding the $10 tier back like it was for patreon. We wanted to test it out but I can't change the sticker requirement in the extras to only include certain tiers so for now I will do this and shuffle some of the benefits around if needed.
