There is a change from the rhythm play-along as "Abuela" has a rhythm that fits more naturally to the pronunciation of the word.
If this is too fast, use YouTube's built-in settings to change the playback speed. I agree that the tempo of the first two songs in the medley makes it challenging to perform. However, with a little practice, my students have been able to master it. But, the YouTube settings that allow the video to be played at a slower tempo is a great thing!
