Creative Side Trip

Feb 03, 2022

I recently bought a Cricut machine with the main purpose of creating stickers of my art. So far, so good, and I'm past the prototype phase and into production. I've made individual stickers on holographic vinyl and sticker sheets on white vinyl. Both types are "printable", meaning I run them through my printer (an Epson Artisan 1400) and then run them through the Cricut to cut them out. The learning process has been fun and mostly smooth. The toughest part is figuring out the proper settings for cutting depth. YouTube has been a very helpful resource for supplies and hacks!

These holo stickers of "Ock Squrle" are a throwback to the days when I sold art cards (ACEOs) on eBay. The original was a color pencil drawing borne from the idea of an eBay-er's kid, that's how the kid spelled it too.

And here to see a holo Llama.

I have some stickers in my shop already, I had those printed by StickerMule, but I'm working on getting the "made by Ann" series in the shop soon!
