People certainly made it to Canberra!!!

Well, I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I slowly made my way against the crowd, across the bridge, and saw the crowd extending all the way up the long road! (as you can see in the time-lapse) Yet, there were still many, many thousands who had either already crossed the bridge or came in via side routes or came along the road after I started walking all the way back towards Parliament House.
