Here are the first 2 pages of the coloring book, based on the song "Happy Place" from the album "Everything is Beautiful" by Princess Nokia.
The first page is to color and the second one is a small self-reflection activity.
Our heads can be our happy places. Sometimes they are not so happy and that's fine too. Just know it will pass and perhaps seek someone you trust to talk about it. A therapist, a friend, a family member...
For the first drawing I was inspired by diaries. These are one of the most personal objects one can have for pouring whatever is inside the mind. Entirely made by you and for you.
I have had the habit to keep a diary for some years now. It's just a little notebook I carry with me everywhere so I can write and doodle whenever.
I often find it easier to express my thoughts and emotions on a piece of paper. It's a chance to take a break from everything and reflect about what's been happening and heighten my self-knowledge. And in the end I also feel more able to talk about what's been bothering me with others (and share the good stuff too hehe).
You too can use these illustrations to take time for yourself and create!
HOW TO PRINT:

3. Save image on your device
4. Print!
