Hey Squirrel friends!
I've always had major respect for any photographer who captures beautiful animal imagery. In my opinion, animals are the hardest of all subjects to photograph; manipulate the situation the animals are in & you're not portraying the truth, on the other hand, wait for an animal to do something interesting & you're going to be waiting around for a long time taking photos of animals licking themselves (or at least that's what happens when I rope my cat in for a photo-shoot.... 🙀)
This is a collection of me trying my hand at animal photography. As much as I would like to make out that I'm a jet-setting photographer who's photographed terrapins & penguins in their natural environment, the majority of these shots have been taken at various animal enclosures so they are ultimately not displaying the subject in their true natural state. What I enjoy about these images, much like when I shoot events, is finding those little moments that would go unnoticed. So here we are, a couple of animal images for you to "awwwww" over.
