Coffee of the Day

Back in the 90's I worked in a coffeeshop that is still in existence. Now it is known as The Root Cafe and for those of you who have come to the Cleveland Tango Bowling Marathon in my hometown of Lakewood Ohio, you have most likely been there.
We always had a coffee of the day. Each day it would change to a new roast or blend. It never had anything to do with trying to get rid of a particular bean just another way to market one for people to try.
Back then the place was called, The Phoenix. It had to do with rising from the ashes. We are all living in a moment where we will can all relate to the imagery of the Phoenix.
Let's stay strong and positive and we will come out if this the same.
