I create and maintain the website RoyalUr.net that lets people play and learn about The Royal Game of Ur online for free! The Royal Game of Ur is an ancient Mesopotamian board game that is often touted as the oldest board game in the world. RoyalUr.net allows you and others across the world to play games against a friend on one computer, or online against others. It is also home to some of the best computer AIs to play against, and pages of educational content to hone your skills!

The Future

I envision the website growing to include more alternative rule sets, more educational content, and more of a focus on the extensive history of the game. I would be hugely grateful of anything you can spare to help to create this vision, and to continue paying the hosting costs of RoyalUr.net!
