With the Norman Invasion Edward the Confessor imported a couple of things from the Continent.
1. The separation of the Temporal and Spiritual courts
2. The Jew
Separation of the Courts resulted in “in personam (contentious/criminal) jurisdiction” adjudicated in ecclesiastic courts, and “in rem” (property/non-contentious) matters for the temporal courts.
It's up to the Bishop to declare the location where the ecclesiastic courts will hear pleas.
400 years or so later The Council of Trent decreed that all matrimonial and criminal matters were the jurisdiction of the Ecclesiastic Court. Since “Color of Law and simulated legal process are criminal you need to take your petition to the ecclesiastic court.
Because “God” does have a court.. the “other” court can only hear non contentious pleas and as long as you leave the “action” in that court you are Consenting to the Jurisdiction .
Blackstone or Coke said that a man can answer into any court he chooses ......so see how important it is, that you move to the Court of Justice and out of the Court of Law.
Now for the Jew: They were imported as the Kings Property under his protection, dispersed throughout the land to institute “rent in coin” instead of rent in kind. Anyway what I read to you is from the Jews Jewish Encyclopedia telling it like it was. Such as:
Jews had a special court, a Jews oath had the weight of 12 Christians Oath, within 100 years they owned 25% of the personal property in England..and..and..and.. including that the “Great Charter” is a Bill of Rights between the King and the Jew.
It is what it is.. think about it.. and what you might do about it:
Since anyone can use the Catholic Church courts:
Canon 1476 Any person, baptized or unbaptized, can plead before a court. A person lawfully brought to trial must respond.
English Law separated the spiritual from the temporal ..inquire into the location chosen by the Bishop for the Court in which God witnesses the conscience of men, not property hearings.
Another Option is to claim an office within the Church such as the ministry of hospitality …. Insisting on the proper canonical institution ceremony to lawfully confer the office and its benefice to you….
