The Bible is true, coherent, consistent in it's central theme, and relevant to our modern culture as well as generations unborn. In Hebrews 4:12, the Author declares:
For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating even as far as the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrows, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Indeed God's word is true and absolute and has universal and generational relevance. However, the Bible has been the world's most contested book. Scholars have subjected it to a critical scrutiny to test it's contents, skeptics have raised intelligent concerns about what they refer to as "contradictions" in the Bible, and opposing religious views question some central claims of the Bible. In the midst of these oppositions, the Bible has stood the test of time and continues to fuel the faith of 2.3 billion people across the globe, representing 31.2% of the world's population.
This makes the Bible an important book that is worth studying. It must be understood that the Bible is not a property of Christianity, but a medium through which God speaks to man of his past, present, and eternal future. The Bible tells us how the universe came to being, how man was created, how man ceded his authority, the consequences of man's loss, how God saved mankind through Jesus Christ and God's plan for man's eternal future.
The Bible provides true and coherent answers to the biggest questions of humanity. It provides a worldview that answers the most difficult questions of our existence.

Worldviews are important, they serve as the lens by which you understand your existence. An incoherent worldview will harm your entire existence and eternity. This is why the Bible is important. It is not just a library of books, it is a revelation of your past and present and eternal future. A coherent understanding of the Bible will shape your existence and lead you into God's will for your life. This is the inspiration that birthed Breed.

Why Breed.
We are living in a dispensation of knowledge where the average person has about 4,000 religions to choose from. Even though this number is highly disputed, it proves that an individual has more than a 1000 worldviews to choose from.
Christianity is the largest religion in the world, having numerous denominations and different belief systems. An interesting thing to note is that many of these denominations to some extent have varying views about the Bible, the person of God, the Divinity of Christ Jesus, and the Will of God for mankind. So it is not enough to say "I am a Christian", because the meaning of Christianity in our dispensation is highly varied and ambiguous.
This means that it is highly probable that the average person will live in confusion: lacking a coherent understanding of the Bible, God's person, Christ's Divinity, and God's will for mankind. It is therefore important that people are exposed to the "Apostle's doctrine".
Indeed, no form of revelation or experience can surpass the testimony of they that walked, ate, and drank with the Lord Jesus. No testimony of the Lord can be held as doctrine other than the doctrine that has been established by God through the witness of the Old Testament Prophets, the Apostles and Paul whose Apostleship was confirmed through Peter's revelation in Acts 10. What is regarded as sound, true and sure can not be anything that is exalted above the Apostle's doctrine or testimony.
Breed. exists to help people with genuine interests in God to arrive at a coherent understanding of God's word, revealed to us through the Prophets and the Apostles.
